Ultra Mobile (T-Mobile) APN settings for iPhone & Android

If you switched to Ultra Mobile and data, picture messages (MMS) or hotspot stopped working, your phone is probably still using your old carrier's APN. Enter the Ultra Mobile settings below exactly as shown, save, restart — then test with Wi-Fi off.

  1. Delete any old APNs from your previous carrier (keep only this one selected).
  2. Save → select the new APN → toggle Airplane Mode for 10 seconds.
  3. Test: turn Wi-Fi OFF, load a page, send a picture message, test hotspot.

Troubleshooting Ultra Mobile

Ultra-specific check: iPhones on current iOS configure data and MMS automatically — if they fail, reset network settings before typing anything. On Android, make sure the Ultra (wholesale) entry is the selected one, restart, and look for LTE or 5G in the status bar.
