Red Pocket (Any network) APN settings for iPhone & Android

If you switched to Red Pocket and data, picture messages (MMS) or hotspot stopped working, your phone is probably still using your old carrier's APN. Enter the Red Pocket settings below exactly as shown, save, restart — then test with Wi-Fi off.

Red Pocket (Any network)

Red Pocket lets you pick your network at signup, and the APN follows that SIM: AT&T = ERESELLER, T-Mobile = wholesale, Verizon = VZWINTERNET. Use only the APN and MMSC rows that match the SIM you activated.

  1. Delete any old APNs from your previous carrier (keep only this one selected).
  2. Save → select the new APN → toggle Airplane Mode for 10 seconds.
  3. Test: turn Wi-Fi OFF, load a page, send a picture message, test hotspot.

Troubleshooting Red Pocket

Red Pocket-specific check: Red Pocket's whole model is one account, three possible networks — so a SIM moved between phones, or a line re-provisioned onto a different network, keeps the old network's APN and fails in a way that looks like a coverage problem. Confirm which network your SIM is on in your Red Pocket account first, then enter only that network's APN and MMSC rows.
